Charles Koch, who is on a book tour trying to convince everyone he's a bipartisan problem solver, just dropped another $856,638 through Americans for Prosperity Action to support David Perdue and keep Mitch McConnell in charge of the Senate

(102,247 posts)No Brawny Paper Towels, no Georgia Pacific printer paper and on and on.
Sadly, with paper shortages returning with a vengeance, my only choice for bulk TP was from a commercial product company called Pom. Lousy TP, but yeah. Don't turn down a bulk package of 45 rolls nowadays.
Upon closer inspection of the fine print label once I got it home, yeah... Georgia Pacific.
At least my household gets to urinate on Koch--in a way of speaking

(32,626 posts)it's hard to believe that with all the money he's given to the GOP for all these years, he's still got plenty to burn. But...that's why he's been giving all that money to the GOP.

(13,225 posts)I never did buy into his supposed regrets in the first place. His legacy was and will continue to be that of a greedy, anti-democratic, deeply immoral and destructive piece of shit.

(5,801 posts)he will go down in history as having facilitated mass murder and the destruction of democracy and the U.S. as a functioning nation. A Stalin type in a business suit. As are many "business leaders."
Also, I don't know what is worse--that he is spending the money or that the ads it buys will influence voters. Honestly, if they can't figure out by now who is on their side, is there any hope for getting out of this morass? A slick, deceptive ad is their source of information?
