This idea is floating around right wing circles......That of course Rudy and Sidney aren't whipping out the proof......they don't want to show what they have before court.......completely ridiculous. The process of discovery is in place specifically so that there is no surprise evidence presented. Its so both sides have all of the evidence relative to the case at the beginning of the process.

The fact that during the presser yesterday they were still asking for people who know something to get a hold of them tells you all you need to know.
