COVID Act Now has added an additional, more severe level/color to their map

One extra level of granulation. Center North of the country is looking pretty intense, in severe outbreak. Only Maine and Vermont are "at risk of outbreak".

Things are looking pretty grim in that weird hue of Burgundy all around the state; many rural small-town hospitals at 100% headroom capacity; even Dayton (Montgomery) and Columbus (Franklin) are approaching 50% - still getting record numbers of +positive test results.
