Is there available data showing the times of vote "dumps" in the 2016 election?

Agent Orange keeps complaining about how votes were added to Biden's total in the middle of the night. Is there similar data showing the times vote totals were updated for the 2016 election, or earlier? I'm curious to see if the same thing happened for him in any states in 2016.

This time we had tons of votes by mail. Given that in many swing states they werent allowed to count them before election day, they came in bulk after the same day vote. In past elections it was a small fraction so it did not have this dramatic effect.
