Arrest all Trump's pardons on new felony charges.

This can be done with new charges, and I am sure that Flynn and the rest of Trump's traitor-class knuckleheads could be charged with new crimes, some of which were removed from the initial charges.

I would hope that the new US Atty General, does not follow the new President's advice to let it go in the interest of 'healing'.
We want our legal system to not have that kind of exemption, especially for politicians who engage in treason and cover-ups.

Once our DOJ is shown to not show favors, to fully engage in prosecuting criminals anywhere in the world, that America's best attribute- our justice system, will heal the national discourse.

Nobody is above the law. Nobody should suggest a former President or elected official be given any consideration other than complete prosecution. It would be messy for a few short years, but we would throw down that gauntlet.
If criminal behavior is found, you face the music. If judges show partisan favorites, then impeach them and prosecute them too.

America would eventually have candidates, so squeaky clean and fearful of any wrong doing, that we would have credible, trustworthy governance that would be the example for the world. Voters have remarkable power and can force change; in 2022 and 2024 and 2026. In those 6 short years we can replace every elected official in every office in every state, county and town.

Even if they are unknown at the time the pardon is issued.
So they would have to commit new offenses after the date of the pardon.

So he would be subject to prosecution for failure to testify against trump.

related to the Fed. pardon, otherwise, it would be up to the presiding judge to grant it.

so the chances of him being able to claim the 5th because of self incrimination are practically nil.

You can’t be charged with a crime for crimes committed.
But that doesn’t change taxes owed on unreported income.
You can be pardoned for robbing a bank, but you don’t get to keep the money.

or at least every other vaguely related crime (charged or uncharged).

So it will almost certainly need to be a new crime.
