video "cases under the table" footage. It's all the "smoking gun" rage on twitter.

here is a you tube of what was presented. The security camera video in question starts at around 3:51:00. They present THEIR points in time chunks w/o showing in between.

The important things I took away was: (in the camera video timeline - not the you tube video's - which is around 3:58:00)

At 10:25pm there are cases on the black table.
At 10:37pm there are no cases on the black table.
At 11:02pm the cases are being taken from under the black table.

The "witness" conveniently skipped mentioning the cases at 10:25, and also skips over the 25 minutes or so that likely would have shown the cases being placed under the table before harping on them being retrieved from "who knows where they came from" at 11:02.

4. I don't understand why Trump's legal team are not being hit with charges, like contempt of court

or something, hell, perjury.

They are presenting intentionally doctored evidence, evidence made up out of whole cloth, and witnesses they know full well are irrelevant.

This is a total waste of time, tying up already crowded dockets (and somehow, as frivolous as these suits are, they are getting very prompt hearings).

How are these strict Judges not punishing them for this?
