https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/30454991/at-least-four-strains-covid-19-found-baltimore-ravens-facilityOWINGS MILLS, Md. -- The Baltimore Ravens on Saturday said they were informed by the NFL that "at least four unique strains" of COVID-19 were found inside their facility during the team's outbreak.
"Three of the four were stopped and not spread within our organization," Ravens president Dick Cass said in a statement. "Unfortunately, the fourth was a highly-contagious strain and spread throughout our organization."
The outbreak in Baltimore was one of the biggest in professional sports.
At least one Ravens player tested positive for 10 straight days. Baltimore placed 23 players on the reserve/COVID-19 list during that span.

We are just now finding out about Four strains?
There was Italian in New York and Wuhan in the West.
What are these other two and just how many 'Strains' are there?

Even the snip mentions that 3 of the 4 were not terribly contagious.
And, none of the players had severe symptoms.
The hopeful outcome could be a less dangerous, less contagious illness. If not overwhelmed, the medical community may be able to do more for the fewer number of serious patients.
But, as someone above stated, there's still so much we've yet to learn.

...mostly target the spike protein of the virus, which is how it gets into your cells. If that mutates too much, the virus won't be as effective at getting in. That's its weakness.
