Why can’t I use PayPal every time I donate?

While most entities using ActBlue can accept PayPal, some cannot. If you don't see the option for a particular donation, it is most likely because it's not allowed under campaign finance law in that jurisdiction. Fair Fight doesn't accept PayPal at this time, so any tandem form that includes them cannot accept PayPal.
