6. the BIGGER ISSUE, will trump chance a "self-pardon" which would likely be ruled invalid and let

himself be 100% exposed to the full force of a Biden DOJ? Or does he resign in next 38 days so Pence can give him a Nixon type pardon? Nixon pardon was only valid in the years he served as president for crimes committed (and not charged) in those years. We KNOW trump committed all sorts of tax dodges with criminal charges for tax evasion, fraud and the like before he was elected and a Nixon type pardon would NOT cover those.
