Fanfare for the C'mon Man (video project)

I've had a fun, timely idea for a video project: Fanfare for the C'mon, Man. For the record, I googled around and apparently no one has thought of this... yet.

It should be simple to do, but sadly I lack the technical equipment and technical know how to execute it.

The way to see this is click on the Fanfare video first, then click on the Biden video and listen to both simultaneously. You'll get the idea. They sync up pretty good.

So I freely give it anyone who would like to take this on. Step one, you take this video

...and then you softly overdub this sound track from Aaron Copland.
