So, some more about the martial law thing...

It appears Trump, Flynn and Powell were the only ones entertaining the idea and it was just that...an inane, insane, screwball, radical, half-assed, desperation-generated, spitballed half-thought.

But as soon as they start discussing those ideas openly and with each other, it becomes a criminal conspiracy. I don't see another way around it.
