Pardons are gonna be real hard on us (28 fucking days)

Again our hands are tied, with NO RECOURSE. PROOF tho that he is a FUCKING LOSER! Come on Jan 20th!!!!

everyone who gets pardoned is a potential witness who can't use the 5th amendment.

some of them will be those who could flip on him, but a lot of them will be, as you said, to piss people off, but more important will be the money deals he makes. There should be investigations into all of this pardons once we get a new AG.

right to avoid self-incrimination.

Especially for a preemptive pardon that is so general in nature like Flynn's, you might have a difficult time getting a judge to go along with compelling testimony because state jeopardy might still exist.
