The president is using his platform to pin a tweet of a long-debunked video accusing an election worker (by name) of fraud, likely putting her safety in danger.

This isn’t “politics”. This is targeted harassment of an ordinary citizen. Time for Twitter to suspend his account.

They are private citizens called out by a news network, baselessly accused of multiple crimes, and targeted for damaging harassment and possibly put in physical danger.

Sounds like a slam dunk lawsuit to me.

Afford the consultation fee with a lawyer...or know what kind of lawyer they'd need. Would they win expenses? If someone like Trump lost, should they fear vengeance?

But...I wish a lawyer or civil rights group would contact her and discuss the situation with a view to a lawsuit.
