1. If I was the manager, I would have closed the doors and called the police.

Next day, I would have a few employees outside, doors locked, and have people line up socially distant, and require masks for entry into the store. Have X amount of people in the store at a time. Much like they do at Trader Joe's. Have a BIG sign up that states expectations and that there would be NO entry or people would be kicked out of the store and banned.
