GOP nails Sen Josh Hawley using interview where he denounces his own election overthrow

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) is drawing a lot of attention from Republicans who assumed he was a more respectable official. Hawley announced that he would jockey the overthrow of the 2020 election in a last-minute attempt by the Republican Party to deliver a win for President Donald Trump.

But less than a year ago, Hawley did an interview where he said that protesting the election was absurd. A recent web video from Republicans for the Rule of Law shows the embarrassing contradiction in which Hawley calls an election overthrow attempt "crazy."

"The consequences to the republic for overthrowing a democratic election because you don't like the result -- because you believe that the election was somehow corrupted, when in fact, the evidence shows
that it was not. That's an interesting approach. I think it's crazy, frankly," said Hawley in the video.

He’s a bull in a china shop, he doesn’t care what he destroys in his quest for power.

When I was a youngster, my family would drive out to the country to my grandfathers small farm. Gramps owned a yellow Lab he used when he went out to hunt birds. That dog (Buck) was a natural retriever and Gramps said he was taught by Buck's mom to be a retriever of birds when Buck was a pup. Once when we made the trip to Gramps' farm, my aunt showed up with one of her little, barking at every opportunity, yappy lap dogs. We really liked to play Frisbee with Buck. But our aunt saw us having fun and decided that her little yappy bitch dog wanted to play too. I think it was because that barking little bitch was sitting on the window sill yapping like always at us playing with Buck. So my Aunt let the little mutt out and she made a bee line to Buck. Now when we threw the toy Buck would run after it and the yappy little dog would chase Buck barking all along. When Buck got the Frisbee the mutt would try to bite it too Buck would bring us the Frisbee and the mutt would be barking and jumping up trying to take the Frisbee away from Buck. Sometime Buck would raise his head up as high as he could to stop her from latching on to the Frisbee. But if she did manage to get a bite hold, Buck would drag her along with his head being held down at a goofy angle. It would have been funny if it wasn't so irritating to us and Buck. The antics of that little mutt really ruined the game for Buck and us. Oh and we called that obnoxious irritating little bitch Josh Hawley.

...religious bigot...". It didn't stop Graham from completely flipping and turning into a complete Trump sycophant. Here we go again... Hawley is another man, like Trump with tremendous ambition and no conscience, but much more competent. He's seditious behavior is a grave danger to our democracy, and if it isn't severely punished, Republicans will start contesting every election they lose. Our democracy will be lost.
