Anyone else still waiting on their stimulus deposit?

I figured it would be here today, but nothing so far.
Sigh.

I’ve got TurboCard and am on the East Coast. According to the Reddit threads, some West Coast Turbocarders got theirs today, so hopefully it will be soon.

Have not even been paying attention to the checks, and was pleasantly surprised..of course $2000.00 would have been better.

I didn’t think he was going to get one because they put in people with disabilities don’t get the check.

It will help paying for his therapist that I struggle every month to pay.

But you weren't eligible under the 2019 income that they used for the $1200 and $600 payments, you can recover any money due to you when you do your 2020 taxes. It's called the Recovery Rebate credit.

Also, anyone who didn't get the earlier $1200 (and the kids' money) because they filed with a spouse who doesn't have a Social Security number will also be able to claim that credit; the recent stimulus bill provided for that.

understand that THIS one is based on 2019 tax returns where the last one was 2018 OR 2019. My 2019 return is STILL being processed, so I have little hope of receiving the stimulus any time soon.

You can ask for it on your 2020 tax return.

But like you said, it won't come "soon".

they are still figuring out if we get one. We are both retired on SS and got the earlier one for the full amount. Nothing has changed since April so not sure what the problem would be. 2019 was the 1st year we didn’t have to file a return so maybe that is the holdup. We will see if it ever shows up.
