They are anarchists.

Let's be clear. It's not just that they don't want Biden's government. They don't want ANY government. They want to do as they please and get away scot-free without any consequences.

Literally shitting in the US capitol, stepping in it and tracking it through the halls has convinced me of that.

Anarchism is a political philosophy and movement that is sceptical of authority and rejects all involuntary, coercive forms of hierarchy. Anarchism calls for the abolition of the state, which it holds to be undesirable, unnecessary, and harmful.

Just get them off American soil.

Hanging for treason works too.

They want anarchy for themselves, but law and order for black people, women, etc.

And by "law and order", they mean they should have a right to hunt and kill minorities, which is basically what stand your ground is.

Anarchy is about self rule, ruling yourself and caring for others. America in general is not capable of co existing in anarchy.
Anarchy is anti fascist.

Anarchy is without authority. We are equals with anarchy and we are responsible to check our bad impulses for the sake of others well being. It's about mutual empathy ,ruling oneself and equality.

True anarchists believe in the destruction of the corrupt state but not a lawless state. After destroying the corrupt state, a more organic form of government will flourish.
These people are fascists; they believe in strongarm rule which they believe will not go after them, though it inevitably must because they will not be satisfied.

They want Trump to continue to be the government. They are, maybe unwittingly, supporting fascism. They are a far cry from anarchists.

saying that these idiots are not anarchists. Whole different philosophy. The coup backers are fascists and capital "L" Libertarian types.

Although I don’t think the anarchist views on government are practical, for a variety of reasons I won’t blather about here, they are much more sympathetic to inclusive, liberal democracy than these rioters are. By and large they oppose fascism and repressive governments.

Please don’t misuse the term and mislabel people. It comes off as too similar to those who throw "socialist" and "antifa" around with no clue what they’re talking about.
