The units are short and uncomplicated. Given what’s been happening in the world, focusing on ways to increase our personal satisfaction is worthwhile. It was offered free through Coursera.

We both enjoyed it very much and we are each quite different in our interests and professional backgrounds. It’s easy, it’s free, and it focuses on how to increase our personal satisfaction and happiness. What’s not to like?

At this point I'm both physically and mentally hurting quite a bit.

I'm an extremely resilient person. I've been rolling around in the dryer with the tennis shoe collection for way more than the last four years.

Maybe, I'm due for some pointers.

Thanks, SL.

(and countless millions of others worldwide) were/are so EASILY reduced to raving lunatics by 100% pure and obvious (childlike even in its utter lack of sophistication) BULLSHIT lunacy.

Astoundingly mind boggling!

I went out to grocery store yesterday & was literally afraid to leave my home! Not for imagined paranoia, but because I live in TN where the majority of white males look & behave like the terrorists!

So wrong on so many levels.
