5. There are enough mercenary IT folks out there

.. I don't doubt they have some competent IT people. But when AWS and other big players drop you, that's... a bit of a challenge. That and the fact that you've probably got a bunch of angry people DDOSing your server(s). They would have to have a multi-server setup with DDOS protection, not something you can just set up in a day. And even harder without access to AWS/Google/other big cloud players.

14. It's not that easy

When you build with AWS, migrating out is painful and expensive. I'm not sure it could even be done if their account has been completely suspended. They make development easy but getting out is a completely different story.
