Not sure how Biden's plan works but Florida's recent one will increase a certain amount each year until it gets to 15 .

I know we should have had 15 long time ago but you do have to consider ways to do it so it would actually get support .

In the long run Biden's putting the 15 minimum into his plan will do more than the stimulus .
