My local news in new england certainly isn't.

The center/leftish hosts on cable news certainly aren't prettying it up. Hell, plenty of old school conservatives that are out there are doing the same.

Who is calling them "bad actors" unless they're speaking in the legalistic sense, i.e. "bad actor (plural bad actors) (idiomatic, law) Individual or entity with the prior criminal conviction, or who has been sanctioned by the court or regulator. (idiomatic) Ill-intentioned, mean, ill-tempered person."
