White House Pushes Back on Giuliani Claim

January 17, 2021 at 10:02 am EST By Taegan Goddard 52 Comments

Although Rudy Giuliani claimed he was representing Donald Trump in his upcoming impeachment trial, White House spokesman Hogan Gidley says no decision has been made:

“President Trump has not yet made a determination as to which lawyer or law firm will represent him for the disgraceful attack on our Constitution and democracy, known as the ‘impeachment hoax.’ We will keep you informed.”

6. I'd be surprised if there was a competent lawyer who would take his case(s).

Dealing with him must be a sad joke. Listening to his blather would turn the stomach of anyone who had a sane mind.
Never mind the fact that any attorney who might take his cases better be paid in advance with big $$$ because this mess will be going on forever.

just get ghouliani and trump as far away from D.C. as possible. Ostracize and shun them and every other trump chump in government wherever that go.

It looks like no lawyer with a reputation and a law license to protect wants to go anywhere near that mess. Lin Wood and Sidney Powell might be willing to help out, though.
