United States traitor, Lindsey Graham, begs Trump, for his own good, not to pardon the terrorists

because he thinks it would destroy President Trump and he hopes we don’t go down that road.

“Mr. President, your policies will stand the test of time. You’re the most important figure in the Republican party. You can shape the direction of the party. Keep your movement alive,” Graham said on Fox News.

"to seek a pardon of these people would be wrong. I think it would destroy President Trump and I hope we don’t go down that road.”

Graham defended Trump’s rhetoric at the rally, which received bipartisan condemnation and sparked a second impeachment against the president by House Democrats.

“President Trump never said, ‘Go into the capitol and try to interrupt a joint session of Congress.’ That was the choice they made and they need to live with that choice,” Graham said.

The amazing 180 turn Lindsey has taken since he spoke on the night of Jan 6th. Maybe that was just the booze talking that night.

“Big protest in D.C. on January 6th,” Mr. Trump tweeted on Dec. 19, just one of several of
his tweets promoting the day. “Be there, will be wild!”

This is one.

Pardoning these fools is an admission of guilt by Trump and way off-brand for the so called law-and-order party.

Letting them go to jail demoralizes the most rabid part of his base and should speed up the fragmentation of the Republican Party.

Whichever way he goes we should be merciless with our messaging and make the most of it for years to come.

We really do have them up against the ropes. There is no winning scenario for Trump on this one. I think its just a matter of time before many of his supporters become ex-supporters and start turning their attention to him in ways he might not find amusing.

he could try to threaten trump with conviction after he leaves office if he does anything else stupid.

Lindsay knows trump will get convicted if he issues distasteful pardons. He is appealing to trumps ego.

Hey, whatever works at this point. But knowing trump, he believes he will be convicted either way so he will break as much glass as he can before leaving.

When Schumer's running the body, and a D in the WH, he's going to become far less important.
Seems like a last attempt to have a "look what I did" moment.

And give a few immunity to testify. Also throw in some Whole Foods or Sweetgreen for the buffalo head guy.

"Look, Lindsey, you of all people, know how this goes. You will be afforded all the professional courtesy that you afforded us while you were in the Majority. If you expected anything different, then you're an idiot. I'm doing you a favor by telling you in advance, just so you know."

As for the Capitol, the mob was given their code words.

Brooks, whining "Socialist Democrats!" as usual, said, “today is the day American patriots start taking down names and kicking ass.”
He also asked the mob to consider their "American" ancestors who sacrificed their blood and “sometimes their lives” to create the “greatest nation in world history.” He then asked, “So I have a question for you. Are you willing to do the same?”

Giuliani, echoing Göbbels, also at a point where his War was clearly lost ("Wollt Ihr den totalen Krieg? Do you want all-out war?" ), called for "combat." Both got their wish. The jury is still out on Giuliani. It didn't end well for Göbbels.

But in all their cases, the time for, "but that's not what I meant!" is long past. When six hundred million people around the world have seen the videos, it's a little late to start trying to modify their content.

Pardon people for crimes that he himself was impeached for? Wow, we really do have a broken system.
