that all those last minute Executive Orders and edicts made by Trump are not Valid.
Let people take him to Court to change that.
I mean Trump called in John (I like torture) Yoo to say what he was doing was legal.
So just have their own lawyers say different. And then go on and govern as if they didn't exist.

(14,764 posts)I forget the exact origin, but basically congress can over ride any rules issued in the last 90 days of an administration.
Since we control all three branches, that will be a slam dunk. The gop did that to obamas rules when trump was elected also.
As for exec orders, those are just that. biden can change any or all of them at will.

And all of this may be moot if scotus ends up ruling that the exec branch does not have ANY rulemaking authority, and must merely implement laws as written by congress.
That will essentially nullify every CFR on the books, and it is a real thing espoused by reich wing jurors.
