I'm in Tarrant Co TX--Ft Worth--and they have things well in hand. Have a sign up site and will email and phone when time slots are available. It was done at John Peter Smith hospital and it was a well oiled machine.
Now in about 10 days I'll be 70% protected. Put the "I got my covid vaccine" sticker on my n95 mask!

We are pretty safe here and he wants to see what happens to people who get the vaccine first.

(14,559 posts)'unit' that got the shot at the same time. She reported that she felt tired the next day but couldn't tell if it was vaccine or working another 10 hour shift. A few reported sore arms at the injection site and one said it was so sore she woke when she rolled over in the night. Only one called in sick the following day. Everybody reported no further side effects after the first 24 hours.
In the 15 minute observation room none of the dozen or so reported any discomfort.
It's been 8 hours since I got mine and I can tell I got a shot in my left arm but can't find the injection site.
It it's available I'd get the vaccine without further delay.
