Trump is actually still President.
He's just letting Joe Biden pretend to be President. Trump cares so very much about the American people that he didn't want any more of that awful rioting and mayhem going on. In order to keep things calm, he's putting on this big show.
Biden, many other Democrats, and traitor Republicans like Pence, are only allowed out of their prison cells long enough to play the parts they have to play, then they're locked up again until needed. They don't get fed unless they perform as required.
Meanwhile, Trump is now SHADOW PRESIDENT, ruling not just the United States, but the whole Free World, from his secret base on the flip side of the Flat Earth.
So keep calm and "Trust the Plan". You can be happy with whatever Biden does from now on, because it's really what Trump wants.

Someone else posted the Shadow President idea as a idea that was already floating around in the Q-o-sphere. Perhaps it was meant as a joke there too, but that's the whole problem with QAnon. I'm sure a lot of it was started by asshole trolls, but believed a TRVTH by gullible idiots anyway.
I did add the Flat Earth part myself. It seems to fit. 
It's mind blowing that people believe a global cabal of satan worshipping babies eaters comprised of world leaders, celebrities and Democrats actually exists. Lot's of conspiracy theories have a few truths thrown in to make people maybe believe them. The Q non sense is so freaking out there it's just comical, but some idiots still believe.
I think someone started a few crazy theories for fun, just messing with folks. When so many believed it, they just kept piling on more nonsense. Holy crap they are buying this, let's see if they'll believe this. They do, holy crap, let's keep it going. The really crazy thing is none of the predictions have ever come true, they just keep moving the goalposts.
Of course Trump could be playing 4D chess while we're all playing checkers and Q will be right... eventually.
