I'm listening to Chris Hayes right now. Still, every time he says "The President" did something, I cringe a bit before I realize we're not talking about Trump any longer.

(115,909 posts)In a way it's almost like the reaction of an abused child or spouse, worrying about whether Dad will be drunk and mean when he gets home. It will take awhile to get used to not being afraid of what the President just did or might do next.

asshole, he traumatized ALL of us on so many ways!
How nice it will be to wake up and instead of saying "did it all burn down?" to be saying "wow! look what they got done already!"
