No examples of verbal pardon.
He said the constitution gives no directions about how the pardons are delivered.
I thought this sounded strange, but that is what he said.
A number of the talking head attorneys said the same thing about the pardons can be secret.

Edit to add: It means anyone could claim they have a pardon in the event the president is deceased. So there should be some record somewhere I would think.

No one knows about them so can't hurt the impeachment trial.
And they can pull them out when needed.

Somebody should tell him it isn't working. If there were any "secret pardons" it would have leaked immediately. Pardons involve dozens of people.

11. It may be time for some quick federal indictments to see if anyone of the

family pulls a pardon out of their pocket. This should be done before the impeachment trial because if he has issued them secret pardons, it is more likely the repubs would be inclined to find him guilty in the trial.
