We don't hear much about the FCC, but Trump used them as a way to further tilt the playing field.

Trumps appointees must go asap.


Case in point...

6. Pai has stepped down as chair and Jessica Rosenworcel has been elevated to interim chair.

For the time being, however, the Commission has only four members - two republicans and two Democrats. Biden can fill the vacancy with a Democrat, subject to Senate confirmation. That nominee might end up as chair or he might make Rosenworcel the chair.

There isn't much Biden can do about the two republicans appointed by Trump: their terms don't expire until June 30, 2023 and June 30, 2024.
