When The 1.9 Trillion Was For Tax Cuts For Corporations And Billionaires Republicans Cheered

But when we need to help Americans who aren't crazy rich, they worry about the debt, and the deficit.

I have a solution.

Tax the insanely rich, and make the help revenue neutral.

They won't even miss the money.

Their next yacht may only be 500 feet long, instead of 600 feet.... 700 feet..... a quarter mile long....

very clear that the first one was insufficient, and that it would be immediately followed by an adequate one after the election

As usual many republicans are talking out of both sides of their mouth. One before the election, and a different one after the election

It is beyond me why anyone would believe what comes out of the republicans mouth after the last four years

And you can factor in future savings from the benefits to society overall, such as less spent on ICUs and care for covid patients, the education of our kids and how it affects the economic future...and so on...the future benefits of not having a massive societal meltdown far out-way the cost of this bill.

and this time actually stimulate the economy by getting the money into the masses of people who will spend it back into the economy instead of hoarding it.

I don't mean slam for no reason....there are PLENTY of reasons.

I see all the crap the GOP pulls, and usually hear crickets from the Democrats. It's so frustrating and maddening.
