I think the Q-idiots are finding common ground with the 'sovereign citizen' movement, which believes, among other crazy things, that they are the upholders of a special secret government that only they know about, and that March 4th is the 'true' date of Inauguration.

decreed the President’s term ended at noon on January 20th. It had previously been March 4th.

These loons believe the US became a corporation in 1871, and that any Amendment after that date is invalid. Never mind that every inauguration since 1936 has taken place on January 20th, or that 18 year olds have been voting since 1972 and women since 1920.
