10. Well, as a kid I had mild Yinzer accent...

but lost it when we moved to the DC area. I don't have much of an accent at all. Especially not one in which I sound like a dumb hick.

7. I'm from Alabama. That sounds like a Tennesee Accent.

Lord knows some of my states accents are bad but I have come to recognize different Southern States accents. That is a very rural accent.

but still don't have the accents straight. I remember TV ads for a car dealership and I was kind of in shock at the way the guy spoke. I think it was some sort of mountain accent and after MANY listens, I finally got it!

was fascinated by the fact that there was no apparent difference between "all" and "oil" when pronounced by my friends there in NC.
