I hadn't seen this earlier. But I KNEW Joe wouldn't be able to sleep nights, knowing the pain that those kids and their parents are going through. Over 500 kids, still waiting to be reunited with their parents.

I hadn't realized that he hadn't signed an EO yet for that. I found this, though;
