This is getting ridiculous...

Unemployment benies ran out on 12/26, still no way to file for an extension...

Stimulus? WHEN?

At least I have my one client that i do weekly computer and secretarial stuff for, that kinda keeps food in the fridge. But I haven't been able to pay any other bills and now my car is needing work too.

WTF... I really dont know how much longer I can hold on like this by my freaking fingernails...

Can't think of anything else to do to figure it out.

Hi I don't know what experience you have, but the VA is hiring and there are going to be many government jobs opening with the new administration. Have you tried http://www.usajobs.gov - go there and set up a free account, upload your resume/CV and then set up your search parameters. It will send you emails when jobs open that match your search criteria. MANY of the jobs - especially HR related - are virtual. The website is not only for the VA, it is for all federal and state government positions.

oh and BTW, I'm disabled as well. There is something called "Schedule A" that helps people with medical disabilities but who are still able to work to get jobs within the federal and local government. If you are interested, we can chat offline if there is a way to email me through DU.
