I mean, if the GOP was so wonderful during the eight years before Obama, wouldn't Santorum remind people of that fine Bush legacy?

(26,262 posts)The current crop of rethuglican candidates pretty much all seem to be suffering from sporatic 'missing time' syndrome. They remember Regan, they remember Clinton, but the administrations in between and after are a blank, up until the current.

(37,540 posts)Bush was the best taxcutter evah! He was the strongest C-in-C evah! Yet, oddly, there's nary a mention of him. Reminds me of the old Soviet Union where as soon as the old leader is offed, he seems to disappear from history as well.
