The current crop of rethuglican candidates pretty much all seem to be suffering from sporatic 'missing time' syndrome. They remember Regan, they remember Clinton, but the administrations in between and after are a blank, up until the current.

Bush was the best taxcutter evah! He was the strongest C-in-C evah! Yet, oddly, there's nary a mention of him. Reminds me of the old Soviet Union where as soon as the old leader is offed, he seems to disappear from history as well.
