3. I think it would be good to get the Senate confirmations of DOJ leadership done before

any indictments of Trump take place. It's gonna make those confirmation hearings thermonuclear if Trump is under indictment already.

Not just AG, but Solicitor General, Deputy AG, Associate AG, and Assistant AGs for Tax Division, National Security Division, Criminal Division, Civil Division, Office of Legal Counsel at minimum. At that point, you might as well get the other 5 Assistant AGs done too, along with the US Attorneys for any district which Trumpland touches.

But once Biden has the DOJ leadership he wants, open the flood gates.
