Ybro Centro is 5 miles away from the stadium, but I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that super bowl weekend significantly increases night life in the host city.

and it was a, presumably, live shot of Billy Idol singing with Miley Cyrus and the audience was packed in like sardines.
