About Impeachment from Dean Obeidallah...

Yesterday on his Sirius XM Radio Show, Dean Obeidallah made an impactful statement regarding the upcoming Impeachment Trial and what Republican Senators should be asked if they acquit Trump a 2nd time...Dean went into what it might involve to do politically, "do the right thing."

The question was this.. "Do you choose to stand for the United States of America and all it represents? Or do you choose to stand with Donald Trump? You cannot chose both."

Dean also went into the political price Senate Republicans MUST pay in 2022 and 2024 if they choose Donald Trump over the United States.

Republicans act as if they make their own money or at very least clip coupons from some Senate newspaper. They have not paid a price for a very long time.

Maybe the bill comes due, we’ll see.

if those tie Trump into the violence. There is no way they can acquit him then unless they want to be politically damaged.

If the Senate just sticks to the videos of the insurrection, then trump will be acquitted.

He suggested using GWB's binary argument that you're either with us or you're against us. I believe this could be used very effectively, framed as, 'are you with us in our fight against domestic terrorism, or are you against us, taking the side of domestic terrorists?'
