liability. Maybe thats wrong and if the hungry took the food and got sick they could still be liable?
No way to know if the food had spoiled as they may not know how long it was unrefrigerated?

require in instances like this. My guess they error on the side of food safety. If in doubt, throw it out.

Where we live for waste, not aid! Pathetic. There could be so many people helped by that food, and they would let it waste away rather than help people. And, some wonder why I am such a cynic...
