Also, their "motion" has a misspelling right at the start. They're trying to be old school law by starting the motion with COME NOW, but the actual phrase should be COMES NOW.

This attorneys should be disbarred. These same cretins want to limit access to the courts, toss out frivolous lawsuits, and decry "activist" judges. Activist does not mean "You ruled against me, now stop it, or I'll cry." These asinine lawsuits eat up the courts time which could be better spent on things like, oh, I dunno, justice?
