13. My hubby and I are spending the day together

Went to Brunch, got pedicures, then traveled to Amish country for a buffet lunch/dinner. The weather has been glorious!

14. It's unusual for me, but I haven't watched one minute of news this weekend. I am SO over DJT, but..

the news media certainly isn't. They just can't break up with him. Let's face it, DJT has been a media cash cow. It's easier to count the number of "journalists" who haven't written a book about him, than the ones who have. We've got too much work to do to solve the real world problems of the American people.

I finally had to give up Brian Williams because he is obsessed with all things Trump. I still watch Rachel because she seems every bit as disgusted with the sight and sound of Trump as I am. She talks about him in a roundabout way, but Brian and his staff seem intent on giving us 50 minutes of Trump, and maybe 5 minutes of Joe Biden. Personally, I don't give a shit about Trump and his ilk, so I find other ways to occupy my day.
