1. Covid Relief and then an Infrastructure Bill would be two massive bills to pass, and will be done

because they go through the Reconciliation Process. Don't underestimate how massive they would be.

After that, anything apart from naming Post Offices, stuff like a Defense Spending bill will get bipartisan support. Unless the Democrats take the Parliamentarian on over S1, nothing that Democrats want themselves will happen before January.

What do you want in return for supporting X, Y, and Z?

How about a large training center to retrain coal miners in renewable energy Jobs? And government built factories to produce renewable energy equipment. And a battery factory.
