Thanks... yeah that's what Ornstein published in his article, which I hadn't seen before his interview with O'Donnell.

But then in the same post, someone in the know pointed out that can't be done. We're stuck with the rules as agreed by Schumer at the beginning of the 2021 Senate convening.

So we're essentially screwed.

Mr. Smith goes to Washington is film I recall with fondness, but alas that is just some fantasy we once had.
