7. I don't understand why some keep saying this. Lt Gov is a Democrat and female

with no indication that she would be less than fully on board with Trump prosecutions. Are you projecting into the next election? If so, even assuming a Republican would win the governorship, the timing seems rather unlikely for a prosecution-preventing pardon. The investigations culminating in the grand jury are ongoing NOW--not beginning 18-24 months from now.

23. The issue was a pardon presented as a hypothetical by the OP, which the NY Governor alone can do.

for any and all state charges. I assume they are hypothesizing the Lt. Gov (should Cuomo leave office) would be susceptible to pressure from Trump supporters to do so (crazy) or that a Republican potentially elected as Governor in 2022 might do so. Again, my earlier post addresses these issues which I don't believe to be realistic as an issue.

18. I'm unsure. I read a third woman came out yesterday and said...

she and Cuomo, when he was a cabinet secretary,where at an event where there was dancing and they danced and he held her too tight and allegedly felt his sexual arousal and yada, yada. yada. We all know the deal by now. This was years ago before the me_too movement, and how she comes out.

Will there be another shoe to drop? I don't know about this new one, or the second one who said it was "text book sexual abuse" when what she described was sexual harassment at worst. And she's a person with several years of sexual harasment/abuse counceling training. Why would she do that? That makes me doubt her since she obviously put the worse spin the alleged incident as possible.

Get the investigation going already.

in order to get a governor more likely to let Trump off. If so, it is a shame that Democrats are participating.

I think he stays, but may not run in 2022.
