What do they know that they can't tell us?

(29,745 posts)Dr. Jill is taking them with her for the next 3 days for them to distress. I don't think they are being banned from the WH. I know that is a much juicier story.

(6,378 posts)Dogs are sensitive animals. Champ and Major have been living in a completely new environment, constantly surrounded by people and agents that they don't know and aren't comfortable around, and their routines are completely upended.
If one of them got a little aggressive, I could hardly be surprised. It's natural for them.

(6,836 posts)some extra guidelines in place. How many more days do we need to keep hearing about the dogs. We dont know why Major had an issue with the security guard. Almost as tiresome as the Meghan Markle frenzy. I have no problem with Harry and Meghan living happily in California, just do it privately. Well, I guess they cant can they. Im thinking public attention is how they earn a living. 🤷?♀️

(10,064 posts)Per WaPo article (which I can't share because of stupid paywall) they have returned. The "incident" was minor, was handled by White House med staff, and was completely blown out of proportion by CNN. Major is a young, rowdy guy, still a kid by German Shepherd standards, and unused to his surroundings. Someone unfamiliar probably approached him improperly is my guess. Anyway, they will go stay with family friends while Dr. Jill goes on a 3-day trip to visit military families, and then they will come back again.
