How do you picture White Supremacist Nation?

I think it would be owned by the richest guy. He would pick a few of his richest buddies to run errands for him. There wouldn’t be much need for a cabinet, because there would be no public housing, no public education, no environmental protection, no interior or health dept. There would be no diplomatic corps or state department, no immigration oversight. Everyone but rich white men would be second or third rate citizens, or slaves. If a woman spoke up, even in passionate defense of her WSN, any man in arm’s length could give her a left hook to the chin. Rich white men not only could have as many partners as they wanted, married or not, all men could have sex with any woman they wanted to have sex with. I bet the Christmas parties would be confusing. There would be no vaccines. Life span would be short, birth rate high. There would be no voting. There would be no need for an army, because very few countries would want to have the blighted land with depleted resources, filthy air, and water, or try to further subjugate the ignorant, sickly and destitute citizens. There would also be no need for an army because all able-bodied men, their fathers and sons, would all buy their own weapons from unlicensed gun dealers. The borders would be guarded to keep anyone from escaping.

Is this how white supremacists see their ideal country? Because that is how their ideal is coming across to me.

comparatively poor and oppressed, especially in the countryside, but at least for a while somewhat better to keep us working; our culture and history aren't authoritarian like theirs and we don't expect occasional TX-type breakdowns in basic services, food supply, etc. Mostly pretend elections. Harsh, conservative laws and punishments -- they win all the culture wars -- but some looseness developing to allow people to survive economically, such as growth of black markets allowed, except during crackdowns.

Third-world style autocracy, where people are largely left to live or die as they can as long as they're available for use when needed and don't cross the authorities.

Fascistic form, where leaders expect the populace to identify with and serve the state and try to dictate how people think and behave. ("Fascism is the state. Liberalism is the individual." ~ Mussolini) This'd be Trump, but carrying it off'd probably require too much work and commitment. Plenty of fascistic types would be glad to provide that, but he might content himself with vicious displays of power and lots of big parades and gatherings it'd be wise for most to attend.

Or various mixtures as a period of power struggles and putsches among RW factions proceeded. Religious blocs might take or share power in any of them.

Hard-core cons such as those who'd take over are intrinsically incompetent to run stable, healthy economies of any type, and great national decline would be inevitable under all of them. Segregation of course. Flight of our best. Squandering and trashing of our remaining human national resources. All would be especially bad news for women. Soaring crime, crime cabals, substance abuse.

Just how AA and Latinos, other minorities, would be used and abused, though, I can't guess. There are far too many for any plans to deport or kill off to be feasible (Germany had something like 1% Jews), at least early on, and like whites they'd have to be allowed enough hope to keep them from running into machine guns -- after the initial massacres. It'd become very bad over time as the nation declined of course, great oppression, loss of rights to professional licenses, persecution in the courts and so on, many barely surviving, or not. Relocations of some populations.

But guessing the various racial/ethnic groups, very much including white, would be played off against each other for jobs and so on to keep people hating and fighting each other instead of uniting.

In none of these would white people be happy, insecurity would be enormous, and certainly most would not be half as prosperous as now, though upper classes would do well and most whites would be allowed "appropriately" more privileges and better incomes than others. Except when not. Appetites of those red in tooth and claw would be fed by state-sanctioned persecution of others, trouble breeding trouble. Fear would be normal, and ghetto bars and walls around homes would also.

9. How people would want this

Not the people shaping it, but people they convince to follow their lead.

Maybe liberals should create an amusement park like West World, but it'd be set up like the reality you describe. It wouldn't be fun and they'd probably want their money back. Maybe scare them straight.
