(4,167 posts)But past cases like this and those jurors show me a different reality...,hope I am wrong though...if they vote guilty then I would be pleasantly surprised , not guilty then I am not shocked

(9,998 posts)I don't think there will be 12 jurors voting to acquit. On flip side, don't think they'll get 12 to convict either.

(54,770 posts)Chauvin is clearly guilty of something significant. In some of the other cases, the defense can at least argue the policeman made a judgment call, or something. But Chauvin would still be kneeling on handcuffed Floyd if given a chance.

(1,364 posts)I agree that it is going to be a hung jury, having said that, MN in general is a liberal state where many white people see an American killed by a pig. My opinion, we need more black people on the jury, even in MN.
