Who decides what is hate? How about the person on the receiving end of the hate?

Dumbass Roy in the hearing said that. What a ridiculous thing to say. But not surprising, I just love when white men whitesplain what is and isn't racism

that he should know would probably offend some people. He just doesn't give a sh$t. We are in the post Trump era of insensitivity.
