So, what happens if you take a @CocaCola to a voter waiting in line in Georgia?

That sounds like a mutha-effing great plan!

(15,958 posts)That would be even better, since Coca Cola didn't raise any concerns while the legislation was being written and then passed!
But they can still sing the Coca Cola song. That would be delicious!

(23,309 posts)Coke and Pepsi are diuretics, so they tend to cause folks to seek a toilet. Probly not a good choice when they're in line.

(28,979 posts)and passing out Aquafina. Or turning the whole thing into a people's block party! BBQ chicken. Pizza. Singing. Lawn chairs. Sun parasols.
Recall when DU did that during Camp Crawford. We rented port-a-potties for crying out loud. And sent pizzas every damn day!
Time to share our idea with Coke. Maybe revive the Coke/Pepsi taste test. Make the mothers sweat! Like they try to do to the voters.

(295 posts)Yes to that, especially when voting day is a National Holiday. Whatever happened to that anyway? Hopefully on someone's back burner.

(66,467 posts)It's sugar-water that clever marketing has convinced people is good for them.
I can't count how many obese patients I've had with diabetes and rotting teeth who have told me they drink Powerade because "it's good for you!"
Instead, give Gatorade and Powerade out to the nimrods in the Georgia State Legislature. Kill them off for good.
Give water to the voters. It's really what the body is thirsty for.
