Get a big wagon full of water, and go park it next to the line of people. Then place a sign on it that says
"THIS WATER IS NOT TO BE TAKEN BY ANY THIRSTY PERSON WHO HAS TO STAND IN THIS LINE FOR HOURS AND HOURS! AND YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED TO PASS THIS WATER UP AND DOWN THE LINE TO PEOPLE WHO ARE THIRSTY!"
And then leave.

(11,686 posts)You would not be just handing it out. They said nothing about selling water or food. Donate the money to charity ( Democrat
group of course ) so you are not personally profiting from it.

(362 posts)Just to show how stupid this law is. But I am also wondering if this law will be repealed before the 2022 general election as boycotts and pressures from corporate Americal mount.

(22,656 posts)So it automatically dispenses a bottle of water every 5 or six feet as you roll along.
So it's finder's, keeper's. Nothing changes hands.
It's just divine providence that bottle of H2O landed on the ground next to you.
Praise be to Dog! Amen.
